It all started when…

RJM Construction was established in 2007 as a building and general maintenance firm. Since then our primary focus has been upon serving the tourism industry, property maintenance firms and individuals, with various services related to Lodge Building, Civil Construction and Steel works. Through our extensive history of completed projects we have developed first class customer relationships. We are based in the town of Maun, Northern Botswana and are well poised to service the entire Ngamiland region.

The success story of RJM Construction continues with a vision of state of the art technology, functional plant, dedicated and qualified teams and management committed to service and delivery excellence.

Staff:

Our Crew consists of approximately 80 people. There are 2 project managers. We have a qualified electrician, qualified plumbers, carpenters and unskilled laborers.

Our team can be increased to approximately 120 with skilled artisans that we employ on a subcontract basis.

We strive to provide a first class service and outstanding workmanship and at the same time are mindful of the delicate Eco environment within which we work. We have a dedicated team trained and fully employed by ourselves and have developed a culture of teamwork and pride.

We are committed to working with our clients and these partnerships have added value to the first class results that we have achieved. Our policy is to work with one project at a time thereby ensuring that top management are on site at all times and are truly hands on.

The manpower of RJM Construction is its most valuable resource. To ensure a safe workplace for RJM Construction staff and also to protect client’s investment and facilities, the Group has evolved a strong health and safety culture driven by a goal to achieve “zero accidents” and “zero man-hours lost”. The safety culture has been instilled in RJM Construction employees with the conviction that every accident is preventable. The company fully acknowledges that by complying with stringent Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures, zero accidents can be accomplished. We are registered with Okavango Air Rescue which caters for emergency evacuations. Our Botswana insurance Policy cover all accident and liabilities.
